Guidelines and Instructions
The 2026 Business Excellence Awards recognize businesses, organizations, and individuals operating within the St. Albert and District Chamber of Commerce trade.
Nominees do not need to be a current Chamber member to be nominated or to win. All businesses and individuals within our trade area are welcome and encouraged to participate.
Nominations may be submitted by any member of the community — customers, colleagues, business partners, or members of the public — on behalf of a business, organization, or individual they believe deserves recognition. Self-nominations are also welcome.
To be eligible for consideration under the 2026 Business Excellence Awards, nominees must meet the following requirements:
- Be a business, organization, or individual operating within the St. Albert & District Chamber of Commerce trade area as of 2026
- Meet any additional category-specific requirements (e.g., number of employees, years in operation, or sector) as outlined under each award category
- Submit a completed entry through the official nomination portal by the submission deadline
A business or organization sponsoring a specific award category is not eligible to win in that category, though they remain eligible to be nominated for and win other award categories.
Nominees who do not meet the eligibility requirements for a specific category may not be considered for that award, but the St. Albert & District Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to redirect an entry to a new category where applicable.
